Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on location but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Free Shipping
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable free shipping thresholds will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor delivery.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the damage. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
